FIREBLOCK – DONT GET CAUGHT WITHOUT IT

Water has become an incredibly scarce resource.
With fire season approaching, homeowners and landowners need the right materials to protect their homes and land from fire damage.

FIREBLOCK delivers an innovative fire-protection solution that extinguishes fires, creates firebreak lines and protects properties. Users can apply the product to grass, buildings, trees, brush and other exposed areas.

Advanced Polymers supplies FIREBLOCK in 1.25 kg resealable powder bags. Users mix the powder with water according to the instructions on the packaging. The mixture reacts and forms a gel-like substance. It then creates a solution that is 180% more effective than water and can eliminate Class A fires.

FIREBLOCK also provides thermal protection for extended periods. Fire conditions, application thickness, sunshine and rain determine how long the protection lasts. Depending on these factors, FIREBLOCK can protect surfaces for 6 to 36 hours.

What makes FIREBLOCK such a unique and effective product?

FIREBLOCK addresses all three elements of the fire triangle:

• It cuts off oxygen through the gel layer it forms.
• It removes heat through osmosis.
• It seals fuel away from existing fires through its gel layer.

Water boils at 100°C, while FIREBLOCK has a flash point of 1,500°C.

The FIREBLOCK product range is non-toxic and has a neutral pH of 7. It does not harm the environment, animals, people or machinery.

FIREBLOCK has a stable shelf life. The gel will not rot, clump or become unusable, and users can store it in its mixed form for extended periods so that it remains ready for use at any time.

Several Fire Protection Associations, forestry entities and fire departments across the country use FIREBLOCK. Over the last 12 months, users have sprayed more than 100,000 litres of the gel across the country.

Customers can purchase FIREBLOCK through its distributor, Advanced Polymers Group. Advanced Polymers also offers the product on Takealot and through selected stockists listed on the website. Find FIREBLOCK AGRI on its official website, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
